y name’s Margaret Hillary and I am excited to share my lessons learned with you! 16 years ago, I participated in my very first project utilizing Six Sigma Green Belt methods for Bank of America’s Credit Bureau Dispute Depart to improve work processes within our department. After successfully executing a 3 month initiative for a pilot program, we successfully set the benchmark for other departments to follow (which was a really big deal since at the time Bank of America recently merged with MBNA. It was the largest financial merge to that date!) Since then, I have been I have been a project manager for over a decade managing both personal and professional projects from waterfall methods, PMI, Agile and even a few hybrids! I absolutely love helping people create, execute & launch their own projects! And because sharing is caring, in 2012 I started blogging about my project management experiences.
This is A Chick’s Project Management Blog comprised of Tips, Tricks, Lessons Learned & Templates, all designed to navigate the rocky terrain of real projects. Now you can learn how to manage projects with much assurance and little hassle with easy-to-use and relevant tools to implement projects in the real world.
When I am not managing projects you can find my nose in my books studying IT Security, making websites & one -of-a-kind jewelry.
